The Simulation And Experimental Research Of Diesel Engine

Due to the limited use of environmental temperature and the expansion of research direction,diesel engine cold start research has gradually been favored by many researchers.In the previous studies,owing to the conditions of funding and test equipment,some studies only focus on the simulation of the diesel engine,some researches pay attention to experimental study alone.There are few researches are on the combination of the cold start simulation and cold-start test.This paper focuses on the research of diesel engine cold starting,which is based on multi joint simulation software and gained on the cold start MAP data.At the same time,in the outdoor test field,the research carried out the cold start and verified the accuracy of simulation,which can provide effective guidance for simulation and test of the future cold start research.The main research work is as follows:(1)The full structure characteristics of electric preheating device of air intake preheating are compared,and then the grid coupling system is determined,the model of the control system and related control equation are established.Through the calculation of the preheating the intake air's heat transfer,the preheating time MAP is obtained.(2)Through the simulation calculation of speed and output torque,the cold start speed and torque data corresponding to the preheating MAP are obtained.The MAP data of the speed and torque of the cold start process are obtained from the simulation of the diesel engine with single combustion heat release model,and the complex dynamic simulation test is carried out.(3)Through the comprehensive research on control phase,timing of cold start process,start signal,high pressure common rail pressure and so on,and the related simulation MAPs are downloaded into the ECU,the cold start experimental research was carried out outside,which verify the validity and reliability of the simulation data and the the effectiveness of simulation method.
