The textile has been considered as the material of reinforced concrete as early as in 1980s,and the first research is mainly on the use of mesh woven fabric to reinforce lightweight concrete or gypsum.With the deepening of the research,the excellent mechanical properties and durability of the fabric make the fabric reinforced concrete construction have great possibility.TRC is currently mainly used in concrete structure strengthening and repair of existing,but in recent years,fabric reinforced concrete members have begun to be applied to actual engineering such as exterior wall panels,wall,balcony rack plate,shell structure etc..However,in many structures,fabric reinforced concrete is still not standardized building materials,fabric reinforced concrete as the future of building materials with great potential still needs further study.The carbon fiber reinforced concrete sheet has good mechanical properties and durability,and it is also suitable for the production of light and thin structure.In this paper,the flexural behavior of carbon fiber reinforced PE fiber reinforced UHPC sheet was studied.In this paper,UHPFRC(PE)of the cube compressive strength test,flexural strength test,compressive strength test and compressive elastic modulus test,the test results show that the mechanical properties of ultra high performance concrete with high stress and strain properties.At the same time,the tensile strength test and tensile elastic modulus test of the carbon fiber fabric with epoxy resin were carried out.On the basis of material property test,four point bending test was carried out.In this study,5 groups of thin plates,including UHPC thin plate,UHPFRC(PE)sheet and carbon fiber fabric(1,2,and 3)reinforced UHPFRC(PE)sheets were fabricated.The results show that for the 1.5%volume of UHPFRC(PE)in the analysis of fabric reinforced sheet the flexural tensile performance when considering the matrix effect;3 fabric reinforced sheet specimens are tensile failure,affecting the ultimate flexural capacity of fabric content and fabric and matrix bonding ability.Based on the experimental data,the failure mode,the failure process and the ultimate flexural capacity of carbon fiber reinforced UHFRPC(PE)thin plate are analyzed theoretically.By using finite element analysis software ABAQUS of carbon fiber textile reinforced concrete sheet bending performance numerical simulation of reinforced super high performance PE fiber,and compared with the test results,and the influencing factors is not considered in the test(the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement and stirrup ratio)of finite element analysis of expansion.On the basis of finite element analysis,established the strut truss shear capacity model,the model considers the concrete two-way should not uniformity and stirrup stress softening phenomenon in cross shear stress,proposed under the concentrated load beam shear capacity formula.The formula is in good agreement with the experimental results,which can be used as the prediction formula for the shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams with super high performance.
