With the pace of global economic integrationaccelerated gradually and rapid development of port industry,design and management level of large channel reflects the national shipping capacity.Our channel design level improved rapidly,but still there is a certain gap between the seaborne power like U.S and Japan,therefore,it is of great significance to research navigation standard.The thesis studying on the design method and design process of the key indexes of navigation standard,showing the whole research process of key indexes,and taking Tianjin port Dagusha channel for example,concluded the standard requirements of key indexes.First,analyze the external environment of Dagusha channel,includingfollow aspects: the natural environment,supporting environment,waterway transportation environment and port security situation,thencomes to the basic design environment of Tianjin port Dagusha channelSecond,research the key indicators of the Dagusha channelstandard,three indexes:width,depth and under-keel clearance of the channel.In the width and depth design process,mainly comparing the characteristics of several algorithms,conduct algorithm selection and algorithm examplescombined with the Dagusha channel hydrological environment;in the under-keel clearance analysis process,the composition of under-keel clearance is disassembled,and obtain the simulation results by matching different compositions and interpolation coefficients.At last,research of navigation risk evaluation,thesis gives the navigation risk evaluation example under some conditions,get the evaluation method of general navigation risk.In the evaluation method,using analytic hierarchy process,determine the weights of the index system through establishing judgment matrix,and mapping index system to level of risk by fuzzy analysis,finally measured data for evaluation will be obtained by simulation navigation.Under the guidance of this method,two kinds of situations of single-way channel and two-way channel are analyzed and evaluated,then made that conclusion of researching navigation standard.
