In recent years,the process of urbanization and industrialization continue to advance,China's urban underground space development and utilization into the rapid growth stage."Urban underground space development and utilization of" thirteen five "plan" pointed out that "second Five-Year" period of China's urban underground space construction increased significantly,the average annual growth rate of 20% or more,about 60% of the status quo underground space Five "period of construction is completed.Underground space in the increase in urban capacity,enhance disaster prevention and mitigation capacity,ease the traffic congestion,improve public facilities and other aspects of the economic and social benefits significantly improved.But the underground space construction system and connectivity also need to improve,a large single underground space information management seriously affected the underground space resources of scientific and rational development and utilization of domestic underground pipeline and geological information management research started earlier,The corresponding information construction is also more mature.But for the underground construction(structure)building materials special application,as well as various types of information management application research is still a preliminary stage of exploration.The existing research results mainly focus on the underground space information database structure and comprehensive information system construction key technologies,the lack of information systems integration management of the integrated management framework,and the corresponding system operation security mechanism.In addition,the project pre-planning stage because of incomplete grasp of the proposed area of underground space information and a substantial increase in economic costs of the problem is widespread,the construction of major safety accidents have occurred.This paper uses literature research,case citation,summarization and field investigation and other methods to improve the level of underground space information service urban management decision-making for the purpose of demonstration of urban underground space information system integration management framework and operation and maintenance mechanism,from the system to solve the Major cities face the problem of information update difficult.Taking Tianjin as an example,on the basis of the present situation of underground space information management,it puts forward the management framework which is in line with the actual management of Tianjin.At the same time,in order to guarantee the sustainability of underground space information management,from the protection of professional institutions and personnel,laws and regulations,The paper puts forward the guarantee system of the integrated management system of urban underground space information system in six aspects.The research results will provide a good reference for the improvement of the institutional mechanism of underground space information management,the dynamic updating of underground space information,and the full play of underground space information service city management.
