There has been 52 years since the first subway construction occurred in our country.That the rapid development of subway construction in nearly 10 years,enriches and innovates the technical methods and working system of subway in the aspects of planning,design,construction,management,etc.At present,our country's waterproof construction of subway station has not gotten as much attention for different construction departments as it should,especially the construction units.In recent years,most of new built subway station appears leakage shortly after operation,for the reason that traditional waterproof construction does not reach the design requirement in most case,etc.In view of this situation,this article based on absorbing other research results,builds the subway station waterproof system based on system engineering theory.Starting research with the leakage of the subway station in order to improve the waterproofing situation of subway station and the quality of waterproofing.The main contents are as follows:(1)This article analyzed the system engineering theory,combined with the waterproofing characteristics of subway station,built the subway station waterproof system.It analyzed the composition of the waterproof system and the structure characteristics of the subway station,pointed out the characteristics of the subway station waterproof system.Targeting at improving the waterproofing quality of subway station,the objective function model was established according to the established three components of the subway station system,the self-waterproof concrete structure,the detail structure waterproof and the flexible waterproof and their traits.This article introduced several research approaches including Work Breakdown Structure(WBS),Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),the method of Part Variable Weight,Activity Based Classification and Risk Matrix Analysis.(2)This article found out factors that caused the failure of waterproof system of metro station during the construction period,it studied self-waterproof concrete structure subsystem from the perspective of the mechanism of cracks production and the calculating equation of the crack,research on detail structure waterproof subsystem and flexible waterproof subsystem started with construction scheme,waterproof material and construction technology,built model according to the principle of WBS and the failure for each waterproof subsystem.(3)For the breakdown structure model of each subsystem about failure factor,this article judged the weight of each subsystem's factors with the method of part variable weight-AHP,classified these factors by Activity Based Classification;analyzed the probability in the deviating iterative function-FCE,established comprehensive assessment standard by improvement for risk matrix analysis,got the comprehensive evaluation results,found out important factors that need focused on during the construction.(4)This article presents the method of controlling important factors during the implementation from the point of the causes and preventive measures,and takes measures to important factors from the view of optimizing the disposition of resource and improves the mode of management,according to the case of a subway project,besides,establishes a perfect quality assurance system to ensure the quality of waterproof construction.The good result has fully proven the superiority and feasibility of the system of subway station waterproof in improving the situation.The research results of the thesis can offer the theory support for guiding the construction and management of future new-built waterproof project of subway station,and provides some beneficial references for improving the permeability and waterproof quality of subway station.
