With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for electricity is growing in all walks of life.Such as land tension、site selection difficult and Land expensive and requisition of land costs.These factors make the substation construction need higher requirements on space utilization.Construction of the underground substation becomes a good choice.Therefore,study the key technology of fission transformer is eyebrow up and down.The key technology of fission transformer is how to solve the problem of high pressure tank of strength and the rise of temperature of the cooling system which is far from the ontology.The research to high pressure tank strength and calculate the temperature of heat over long distances less for the large capacity and high voltage transformer at home and abroad is short.In this paper,the large capacity and fission concentrated strength is studied and the temperature calculate of cooling is analied,Research content include:(1)Strength of transformer tank structure theory is researched,the tank structure and materials usedcommonly are analyzed.Forms and Materials for the fuel tankused in underground substation transformer are determined.(2)Two kinds of transformer tank are designed and analiedwith ANSYS.it is concluded that the largest mechanical deformation isin the middle of the tank wall.This part should be strengthened as the key parts.type "T" is strengthener than thetype "-".The box along is studied and tested.A reliable structure can be used for the tank welded.(3)The calculation method of transformer temperature rise is studied,with a transformer as an example,the transformer winding temperature rise and oil temperature were calculated,and the experiments are carried out.It is applied to the upper and lower sub type transformer temperature rise calculation method.The transformer tank strength and temperaturerise calculationare studied for the 220kV capacity transformerwith the cooling upper under the body.It provides a theoretical basis and design method for strength design of the transformer oil tank,and provides the calculation method for the calculation of a transformer temperature rise.It lays the foundation for the popularization and application of this kind of transformer.
