The purpose of this paper is to develop an Automatic Test System for three types of Autopilot System,using "product acceptance test procedures" of which,to increase the efficiency of original manual test system.Autopilot System Automatic Test System based on testing three types of Autopilot System basically is researched for reducing the misoperation of manual test;shorten test time;cutting the workload of operators;improving the testing performance and fault diagnosis capability;expanding function if testing system according to the users requirements.First of all,this paper analyses the basic functions,constituting,operational principle of the three type of Autopilot System and focuses on the hardware and software testing requirements for realizing UUT interface testing and testing process,to determine using PXI bus based hardware architecture combined with developing system software based on Labview.Secondly,the author analyzes and summarizes the data interface type,quantity and operating mode of the Autopilot System.In order to design standardization,versatility,high reliability and maintainability testing system,it is choose that the mature standard for industry testing and cots product to realize Autopilot System Automatic Test System hardware.The detail of designing mainly includes: signal interface designing;signal conditioning box designing;adapter interface designing;power supply designing,etc..Further,signal interface designing includes: designing of DC voltage acquisition and generation,designing of discrete signal acquisition and generation,designing of HB6096 interface,designing of AC voltage signal acquisition and generation,designing of working state control signal.Thirdly,the Autopilot System Automatic Test System software is developed by Lab VIEW which is kind of G language easier to learning than traditional text language(VC++,VB,C language,etc.).The software of the testing system consists of two modules: function testing module and testing process management module.The main function of the function testing module is to generate the signal for UUT,acquire the output signal of UUT,transmit and storage signal,for completing basic function testing as BIT testing,power testing,interface testing,bus testing).The main function of the testing process management module is data collection,analysis and judgment of the results of data analysis,management of storaged data,data display,automatic test and manual switching automatic testing and manual testing operating mode during testing.Finally,During the system testing phase of the Autopilot Automatic Test System,the author validating the function and performance of the testing system from the hardware and software.The testing proves that the testing system can achieve its expected function and the operation is easy to implement.To sum up,the subject realizes the design of the Autopilot System Testing System.After validation,the system achieves the expected effect and has good engineering practice significance.
