Due to the development of the and information technology and increasing number of users’ demand,there is a bigger information capacity in a digital user interface in software of PC and APPs of mobile devices.In order to improve the efficiency of the communication between the interface and the user,a method that could make interface more easy to use instead of mistakes should be available.Different experiments such us eye-tracker,EEG record could be taken into consideration to optimize the user interface design in industrial design.The article first discuss the possibility that combine the ERPs experiment with the visual information cognition error.Digital user interface visual information cognition error(VCE)is defined and classified from two points-interface and cognition error.In the experiment part,a designed experiment model which contains VCE factor and cognition processing theory,is built to explain the relationship among VCE factor,visual error phenomenon theory and experiment result.And a new experiment factor is applied in the ERPs called visual cognition error factor which has mapping relations with visual error phenomenon theories.According to the ERPs experiment data,P200 and P250 components are extracted after the data processing such as ANOVA,Student’s T test.Final result explain the physiological connection between the VCE and the relative error theories.The conclusion helps industrial designers to get a new thought to discover more physiological and psychological evidence to make an interface more efficient and reliable. |
