Xiaoqing River and Tuhai River in north Shandong is the regionally important river,although at present,the ship cannot use it,but these two rivers in this area have been incorporated into the inland navigable waterway planning.At present,most of the trunk highway bridges across the two rivers are built before the waterway planning,and the headroom and ancillary facilities of the bridge do not meet the requirements of the waterway navigation.The present bridge needs to be synchronized reconstruction during the implementation of the navigation project,and the new bridge project should be reserved according to the navigation plan of the river.Based on the characteristics of the main bridge from the analysis of current situation of waterway planning in north Shandong,we study the renovation and construction of bridge construction scheme selection,design factors,structural stress characteristics,and take the disease prevention as the main line,so we have the design and research of the spanning plan of main waterway and highway bridge in this area,during the research,we combine the Xiaoqing River Bridge(Xinwei bridge)S234 Huiming-Yishui line construction plan and G340 Dongying-Zichang line Zhanhua city section of Tuhai River Bridge in the two stage of survey and design project.Firstly,according to the existing main highway and waterway planning construction project selection,we compare it with the new highway spanning planning of waterway bridge project,and determine a proper spanning planning of waterway bridge structure and the scale of construction.Then,by analyzing the variation law of beam height of variable cross-section continuous box girder structure,the appropriate beam height variation law and the key structural problems in the design of this kind of bridge are obtained.In view of the diseases prevention in the process,the paper puts forward the key problems in the design.Finally,the main structure of the main bridge and the reasonable arrangement principle of the steel bar are determined through the analysis and example calculation of the upper and lower structure.This paper puts forward scientific,economic and reasonable construction scheme through theoretical research,the research provides the certain reference and significance to design of spanning planning of waterway and bridge in northern Shandong plain.
