| The rapid development of the information age,and promote the green energy development and recycling development has become the focus of attention of the international community,energy saving and environmental protection has become a new trend of the times.Digital control power supply has become one of the new hotspots of research,and its bidirectional DC/DC converter is widely used in all kinds of AC and DC uninterrupted systems,aerospace and automobile fields as digital control power supply.Visible two-way DC/DC converter in industrial applications more and more widely.This topic is proposed for the battery charge and discharge system,and the use of two-way DC/DC converter buck charging,boost discharge control principle of the battery charge and discharge.The application of digital control technology in the converter control system will promote the development of the power electronic equipment represented by the converter to the intelligent and integrated direction.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of each type of topology are analyzed by comparing forms.Finally,bidirectional BUCK/BOOST is adopted as the main topology.The control chip is currently the most popular STM32 microcontroller for digital control,the control chip timer generates PWM pulse drive,take independent mode to drive the IGBT duty cycle regulation,regulate the output voltage and current,interface with LED digital tube display operation information including the operation of the voltage and current charge discharge time process are also timely warning information,and using the incremental PI algorithm of double closed-loop control system,making the system more stable.The subject of the BUCK and BOOST two working modes of a detailed theoretical analysis,and gives the design of hardware and software prototype in detail.The hardware circuit includes a main control circuit,auxiliary power supply circuit,isolation drive circuit,sampling circuit and CAN communication circuit design;software design including: PWM driver,ADC sampling procedures,PI algorithm program,display program etc..A simulation part of bidirectional DC/DC converter in positive and negative direction of work mode simulation using the MATLAB/Simulink software,the simulation results obtained the output waveform is stable,verify the feasibility of bidirectional DC/DC converter isdesigned in this paper. |
