Research Of Interaction Design Of Intelligent Small Appliances Based On Individual Demand

Under the background of the network era,the development of small home appliances in the direction of intelligence.However,the product functions of small home appliances are very multifarious,and did not design for user needs.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to guide the interaction design of intelligent small appliances through the research of individual user requirements.Making it more fit the user's real needs,and in health pot as an example to verify the design method.Firstly,this paper summarizes the characteristics of intelligent small appliances.Construct interactive information model of intelligent small home appliances based on the model of human information processing.And analysis the framework of PACT system for intelligent small appliances.Then,research on the personalized needs of users based on the Kano theory.Through three methods to obtain user needs interviews,containing interview method,questionnaire survey and analysis of user requirements based on typical events.The results of the study were carried out,and personalized user requirements were selected.A variety of individual user requirements are achieved combined with Maslow's hierarchy needs.Obtain the design strategy of intelligent small appliances based on the above research results.On the basis of this,the interactive design strategy of intelligent health pot is derived,which can be used to guide the interaction design.Finally,the design of the product is carried out in accordance with the logical order of the five levels of user experience.Constructe the function system of intelligent health pot,designing the information architecture and the interactive interface,combined with the interactive design strategy.This paper presents the research method of the interactive design of intelligent small household appliances based on the individual requirements,in health pot for example.The interactive design of the coexistence of a variety of personalized needs is realized.At the same time,optimize the user experience,improve the intelligence of the health pot.On the one hand,this study can help designers and enterprises to understand the user's individual needs more in-depth.So that the design of intelligent small appliances can be more reasonable.On the other hand,the research can foresight the future development of smart appliances in a certain degree.
