| In recent years,due to the advantages of complete functions,simple operation,etc,the drum washing machine has become the preferred choice for most households.However,the vibration and noise caused by the washing machine in the dehydration condition not only affect people’s life,but also restrict the further development of the washing machine industry.With the aim to improve the above issues,this paper focuses on the research of direct drive drum washing machine.The dynamic characteristics of the washing machine were analyzed in this paper,and some parameters of the washing machine were optimized.Main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the structural characteristics of the washing machine,the str ucture of the washing machine was simplified in order to establish its mechanical model under the premise that the dynamic performance of the w ashing machine was not affected.The dynamic equation of the suspension system of the washing machine was established by Lagrange method,and the vibration response of the outer cylinder of the washing machine was obtained by MATLAB programming.All of the abov e work laid a theoretical foundation for the further study of the dynamic response and structure optimization of the washing machine.(2)Completing assembly model of the washing machine in UG and the parameter ized virtual prototype model of drum washing machine in ADAMS,the sensitivity analyses of some important parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the suspension were performed in ADAMS/Insight.The dynamical characteristics of the suspension system were improved by the experiment design and optimization analysis of some important parameters in ADAMS/Insight.(3)Using Hyper Mesh to establish the finite element model and the modal neutral file of the cabinet,the mode of the box was analyzed and the rigid-flexible coupling model of the machine w as built in ADAMS.Finally the dynamical response of the box in the condition of dehydration was studied.(4)The test platform for testing the dynamic characteristics of the washing machine was designed.By comparing the analytic results and the simulation results with the testing results,the correctness of virtual prototype model and analytical model were verified. |
