The free piston Stirling generator system is composed by the FPSE and the linear motor.The system eliminates crank-link mechanism with simple structure.The coupling design of both makes their respective advantages into full play,so that the free piston Stirling generator has advantages in the environmental protection,wide fuel source,high efficiency,high power,high reliability,low noice,and in the use of domains such as solar,nuclear fuel it can highlight the unique competitiveness.Along with our country’s growing demand for special thermoelectric conversion device in deep space exploration,ground solar power generation,combined heat power plant of the family,waste heat recovery and so on,the free piston Stirling generator with its unique performance advantages gradually becomes a new research hot spot.In this paper,the 100 W free piston Stirling linear generator is a test machine mainly used for isotope heat source Stirling generator system.This kind of generator can be used to the spacecraft and the space station,acting as the role of space nuclear power.Its related performance parameters for the design and the processing of key parts,the plate spring and the pistons,were analyzed in this paper,at the same time I have also completed the construction of the whole test system and the related experimental research.The main research content is as follows:(1)We finish the design of main performance parameters of the 100 watt free piston Stirling generator using isothermal analysis model,including the selection of working medium,the determination of the bill number of the system,the determination of the power piston’s cylinder volume,the determination of unprofitable volume,scavenging capacity ratio and determination of pneumatic piston cylinder volume,change rule of different chamber volume and the power calculation and optimization of the system,etc,also including the main performance parameters of the linear generator.(2)The design and processing of key parts of the system: including theoretical research,3d modeling and finite element simulation analysis of the plate spring.Finite element simulation analysis combines the stiffness analysis,natural frequency and fatigue characteristics of the plate spring.We have gotten a better design method of the plate spring,and the plate spring designed finally meets the performance requirements.And we choose the Optical Chemical Machining to process the plate spring,it is concluded that this kind of machining method of plate spring meets the requirement basicly.We choose the suitable materials for the distribution piston and the power piston,completethe design and processing of them,mainly introduce two pistons’ size tolerance,form and position tolerances.We choose the reasonable machining process to complete the distribution piston and the power piston’machining,we finished size measurement with three coordinates measuring instrument Mistral070705,it is concluded that the size of the actual measurement meets the design requirements.(3)We have finished all parts’ processing,testing,cleaning,and the assembly of the whole power system.And we have also completed the establishment of the whole test system and the related experimental research,mainly includes: the design of heating device,temperature control device,cooling device,external excitation device and so on.We have completed the construction of the whole test platform,and completed the preliminary test of the system.Using existing conditions,we test the equivalent mechanical resonance frequency of the linear motor which active cell is composed of plate spring-piston components and permanent magnet... |
