The aircraft's secondary energy,mechanical energy,hydraulic energy,air pressure energy can be replaced by a unified,making the overall performance of the aircraft increased substantially,this more and more use of electrical energy known as multi-aircraft aircraft(More Electric Aircraft,MEA).The main technologies of multi-electric aircraft include electric starting technology,electric control technology,electric anti-icing and de-icing technology,power telex technology and so on.Among them,Power by Wire(PBW)is very important for the flight control,reliability and maintainability of multi-electric aircraft.Therefore,the research of this subject has important theoretical value and practical value.PBW mainly includes the form of electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)and electro-mechanical actuator(EMA).EHA is a kind of hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to drive airborne equipment,a class of implementing agencies,making the aircraft in the body of the power transmission and control through the wire,greatly reducing the hydraulic system piping.EHA have power density,light weight,low noise,small size and other advantages.In the EHA servo control system,the core component is the motor.Therefore,the selection of motor and motor control technology for the entire EHA system operating efficiency,stability,reliability and so are essential.This paper takes the EHA servo control system of multi-electric aircraft as the research background,and takes the motor as the research object.This paper studies the working principle and structure of EHA servo control system,selects the appropriate motor and its control technology,deduces the transfer function of each component module and establishes its mathematical model.The Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software is used to simulate the electromagnetic model of the motor base,to improve the accuracy of the motor simulation model.Based on the characteristics of Matlab/Simulink,the EHA servo control system model based on Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM)control is established,and the EHA system is simulated and analyzed by graphic design,the output data is convenient and the simulation results are easy to observe.At the same time,the dynamic performance of the motor and the impact of the EHA control system are analyzed by studying the parameters of the motor and its control technology.
