As the result of the location information missing,the production and management personnel often faced many problems in discrete manufacturing workshop,such as the the management of WIP,the lag of material delivery,the searching of production factors,and so on.With the development of internet of things,the real-time location technology has been applied in discrete manufacturing workshop.The production mode based on LBS(location based service)has appeared at the same time.This paper studied the application of real-time location technology in discrete manufacturing workshop.It provided the personnel with LBS,improving the visualization and management of discrete manufaturing workshop.The research contents and main results are as follows:(1).The research of real-time location technology based on RFID and UWB has been carried out.With the analysis of the requirement of real-time location technology,the complex location scheme based on RFID and UWB has been constructed.the process of the data gathering through RFID and UWB system has been constructed.It provided reliable data support for upper application.(2).The research about the holographic map of discrete manufacturing workshop has been carried out.Firstly,the basic characteristics and framework of the map has been expounded in detail.Secondly,this paper has studied the data model based on the analysis of the manufacturing field data,describeing the organization form and operation of the model.Last,the construction process and LBS of the map has been described in detail.(3).The material distribution path planning in discrete manufacturing workshop has been studied.Based on the holographic map,this paper designed the schedule of material distribution path planning,combined with the constraint of material distribution.The global planning model and the local planning strategy of the material distribution path have been described in detail.It has studied Path planning algorithm,realizing the optimization of the material distribution process.(4).The prototype system based on real-time location technology has been developed.The framework and function modules of the system has been designed.This paper described the construction process of hardware platform in detail.At last,the prototype system has been developed,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
