| With the development of aviation technology,aviation safety has become an important part in China’s aviation industry.Circuit breaker is widely used in all kinds of aircraft.In the interrupting process of the circuit breaker,an air arc may form in the contact.The arc will make the surface of the electrodes to melt and erosion,even endanger the insulation materials,which seriously harm the safety of the power system.In order to ensure the breaking of the circuit breaker could be reliable,timely and effectively,it is necessary to study the arc in the interrupting process of the circuit breaker.Thus looking for a fast and effective method of arc excitation.This article provides the circuit breaker is SDB-A series of circuit breaker,belong to the three-phase AC circuit breaker.The purpose of this paper is to realize 270 V DC arc extinguishing,which is based on the structure of the circuit breaker which is provided.In order to simplify the computation complexity and shorten the calculation time,select one of the phase to the simulation calculation.First,the paper analyzes the generation and related physical properties of the DC switching arc,also introduces the development background and the present situation of the switching arc models and the simulation model.Secondly,this paper uses ANSYS,a kind of the finite element analysis software,to simulate the switching arc.4 classical arc mathematical models of are studied.Based on the SDB-A series circuit breaker,the simulation arc model is established.Analysis the extinguishing principle of DC switching arc.Then the appropriate magnetic blow is chosen according to the established model,and a parameters optimum design of permanent magnet structure was researched.Study the influence of different factors on the arc,and to analyze the influence of the permanent magnet on the magnetic field distribution and the magnetic field force of the arc.And the magnetic field distribution of the arc in different opening distance,different position and different current.Finally,in order to improve the ability of breaking,the method of adding grid plate is proposed.Simulation analysis of the magnetic field distribution and the force of the arc in different grid plate numbers,different grid plate distribution and different grid models. |
