Analysis On Highway Diseases And Maintenance Of Asphalt And Cement Concrete Pavement

With the increasing mileage of expressways in China,the expressway has become an important infrastructure for economic development.Due to the driving load、the natural environment and other factors together,asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement will appear varying degrees and different types of damage.In general,the main types of asphalt pavement diseases include cracks,pits,rutting,loose,crack,Cement concrete pavement diseases mainly include misplaced,crushed and arched,empty,Cement plate loosening,pumping and cracks.Over time,these diseases are becoming more and more serious,if not repaired in time,it will affect the pavement performance directly,the maintenance work has been urgent.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward maintenance treatment methods of highway asphalt pavement,cement concrete pavement,so as to guide the asphalt pavement maintenance work.On the basis of summarizing the types of expressway pavement diseases,this paper analyzes the causes of various pavement diseases;investigated and collected the technology of pavement maintenance at home and abroad;compared with the general method of the pavement disease treatment,analyzed the maintenance technology of typical diseases of expressway,comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies,recommended the conservation technologies for the highway asphalt pavement common disease : cracks,pits,ruts,the repair technology of cement concrete pavement diseases such as joint,fracture,dislocation,arch,holes,broken plate and subsidence,based on the comprehensive analysis of different maintenance technology,the concrete construction method is put forward.By means of the research of asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement maintenance technology,make maintenance technology scientific and standardized,extend the service life of the road,promote the continuous improvement of the road service quality,reduce the cost of maintenance.
