Study On Connectivity Reliability Of Regional Road Network Based On VISSIM Simulation Under Emergency Events

With the expansion of network scale and the complexity of traffic system in our country,the connectivity reliability of regional road network is especially important when dealing with emergency.Whether the connection reliability of regional road network is good or not has a direct bearing on the emergency events,whether the local personnel can evacuate in time,and whether the rescue and relief work can be carried out smoothly.Study of regional road network connectivity reliability under emergency events,rapid assessment of traffic development under the emergency events,accurate traffic callus induction method,improve the regional road network anti-risk ability is of great significance.Regional road network connectivity reliability,long use of evaluation index is calculated by means of various mathematical models,but this method does not fully reflect the dynamics of complex network,and the driver heart physiology.Based on the regional road network connectivity reliability as the research object,by adopting the combination of theoretical analysis and simulation research method,optimize the traditional calculation model,is put forward to connectivity index as a quantitative index for road network connectivity reliability evaluation,and then the connectivity index and VISSIM simulation results of the average delay phase fitting,finally directly by means of simulation study of network connectivity reliability under emergency events.In the city of Shaoxing traffic status,this paper chose to adjust the signal timing,borrow to lane,two traffic induced ways to deal with emergency events.The simulation results show that the traffic induced selection of road network connectivity reliability is improved obviously.Use the same method to investigate further,on the surrounding roads in Shaoxing City,analysis of connectivity reliability in different levels of emergency events were put forward to set up rescue and evacuation routes,set priority lane,set against the direction of evacuation three section precautions to deal with the emergency event.In this paper,the influence of common traffic guidance on the reliability of regional road network is analyzed.In order to scientifically evaluate the traffic state of the regional road network under emergency events and to provide the basis for the corresponding prevention and treatment measures.
