Computer aided design(CAD),computer aided engineering(CAE),are used in all walks of life more deeply,especially in the 4 industry background,the establishment of digital factory,requires the design and Simulation of products has a strong synergy degree.With the popularization of network technology and distributed systems,computer supported cooperative work more and more attention,CAD/CAE collaborative technology is the core technology of information industry,has become an important technology of knowledge engineering and industrial automation,middleware software support technology.In the traditional design of steel safety shell,mechanical simulation of 3D model model input parameters is accomplished by different designers,design the synergy degree of difference,there will be problems as follows: the human resource is wasted;professional knowledge excessively depends on the design staff;to establish a rapid design for this model,the simulation module,resulting in the design cycle is long;low accuracy data interaction module design process,interaction efficiency difference.Through the integration of CAD and CAE software,the design process of solidification and the integration of design and simulation system platform can solve the above problems.In view of the actual situation of the nuclear power industry and the structural features of the steel containment,two times the development of technology using CAD/CAE/Excel integration technology,SolidWorks three-dimensional parametric modeling,finite element analysis of Ansys technology and related software,using object-oriented language editing tools CAD development module,APDL compile the steel safety shell finite element model of description language,structure parameter adjustment,automatic generation analysis model and finite element analysis,the establishment of the neutral model.The system needs less processing time and stable operation.The user does not need to build a finite element model,which is easy to use.Moreover,it builds a neutral model and accumulates the technology for the subsequent expansion of the multidisciplinary parametric design platform.
