Rotary drilling rig is the main equipment for the construction of the pile foundation engineering,with the rapid development of China's infrastructure,especially the high-speed railway construction investment increasing,rotary drilling rig in the field of mechanical engineering status is also rising,the power head system is the most important part of the rotary drilling rig,head of work efficiency directly.Affects the efficiency.The aim of this paper is to improve the working efficiency of the rotary drilling rig,and to enhance the adaptability of the rotary drilling rig to different formations by optimizing the parameters of the hydraulic drive.This paper analyzes on the rotary drilling rig working principle and operation process are analyzed in the hydraulic circuit of rotary drilling rig foundation to understand performance requirements of rotary drilling rig,compares several kinds of main pump main pump circuit loop control mode and determine the positive flow control scheme and LUDV were determined by high pressure hydraulic motor;the automatic control system and pressurized cylinder loop load control scheme is sensitive and pressure cut off,after determining the scheme of the main hydraulic components are calculated and selected the appropriate element type.Put forward the hydraulic motor control parameter optimization scheme,based on the characteristics of the electric motor in proportion,the touch screen selection mode options to deal with the formation,rock and soil,soft soil,soil and soil conditions generally left,choose the suitable characteristics of motor output electric proportional control motor under different modes,can enhance the adaptability of different strata rotary drilling rig,but also improve the efficiency and speed of work.The design of the differential circuit and the parameter optimization of the balance valve in the pressure cylinder circuit can improve the running speed of the hydraulic cylinder when there is no load stroke.According to the above content,using the AMESim software,the theory and the parameters of the model are built and simulated in different modes are given constant load and step load,the simulation results show that the four modes of torque and rotational speed can reach the ideal value,and can change with load,soft soil and common stratum model comparison,can achieve high speed and in the same load.The simulation results show that the differential circuit can greatly improve the speed of decentralization and improve the efficiency of the work.
