At present,the H-beam in the steel structure is connected with the weak shaft of the H-shaped column,and the weak shaft wedge stiffening plate is connected.In this way,there are some shortcomings in both the force performance and the processing.In order to solve the problem of beam and column connection in the direction of weak axis of H-shaped column,the paper puts forward a kind of H-pillar and weak-axis end-plate connection.In the study of the existing weak link of the column,the research group of the teacher of the Chang’an University,Lu Linfeng,puts forward the form of the joint of the box-shaped reinforced I-shaped column.The results show that the new beam-column joint has good mechanical properties and Capable of its failure in the form of a plastic hinge at the end of the beam flange,and with the displacement to increase the weld was cracked.In order to reduce the stress at the joint of the beam and column joints,the plastic hinge can be realized by the construction measures,which is an effective way to solve the premature embrittlement of the welds at the beam and column joints of the steel frame structure.This paper is based on the new node made by Li Guoqiang teacher,taking into account the experience and conclusion of the series of experiments of the teacher series of Lu Linfeng,and then put forward the new wing weakening beam and column weak axis connection node.In this paper,ABAQUS software is used to study the hysteretic behavior of beam-weakened joints of beam-column connections.The reliability of the finite element modeling method is verified by comparing the experimental and finite element data of the nodes.The hysteretic performance of the weakly connected joints of the new flange-weakened beam-column is analyzed and the influence of the parameters on the mechanical properties of the joints is discussed,including the thickness of the stiffener,the thickness of the column end plate,Plate height,and reference design values for each weakened parameter research shows:(1)The new type of weak weakened weak joint connecting node,the traditional flange weakened weak axis connecting node can achieve plastic hinge shift,but the new wing weakened weak axis connection node has a higher bearing capacity and ductility.(2)The initial stiffness and the bearing capacity of the new type of weak weakened joint are increased with the thickness of the stiffener and the thickness of the column end plate,andthe height of the end plate is not changed greatly.(3)The weakening parameters of the new type of weakened weakly connected joints are designed with reference to the weakened parameters of the strong axis connection,and the design range is not very different.In this paper,the thickness of the stiffener and the thickness of the beam flange are thicker or larger than 2mm.The thickness of the end plate is thicker than the edge of the beam flange.The height of the column end plate is higher than that of the beam flange 120 mm.The distance between the weakened zone a is 0.5bf ~ 0.75 bf,the length of the weakened segment b is between 0.65 h_b~0.85 h_b,and the depth c is between 0.21 b_f~0.24 b_f. |
