The ratchet pawl clutch is a kind of overrunning clutch,which is an important component of the dual speed transmission device of the aero-engine.Its working condition determines whether the aero-engine can achieve the starting process smoothly and safely.This will be an aero engine clutch ratchet as a research object,using structural modeling method combined with dynamic simulation analysis,analysis of the dynamic properties,the main contents are as follows:First of all,the development of overrunning clutch and the research methods are studied and discussed,the working principle of the ratchet pawl clutch according to the analysis,based on the typical fault investigation found that the engine of aero ratchet pawl clutch,targeted to classification and research,to determine the direction and content of dynamic simulation analysis.Then,establish the precise model of the structure according to the structure of the ratchet pawl clutch,from the working principle of the multibody dynamics simulation software structure model,dynamic simulation model is built according to the actual working state.Through the dynamic simulation model,the spring torque parameters are compared with the working interval of the scroll spring of the clutch plane,and the validity of the model is preliminarily determined.At the same time,the corresponding relationship between the plane scroll spring pre tightening torque and clutch engaging speed;the actual measurement data compared with the dynamic simulation model and simulation model of clutch tester,found the measurement data error is very small,further verify the correctness of the dynamics simulation model.Again,for engaging the ratchet pawl clutch fault in normal speed,engaging with the clutch dynamics simulation model of machining and assembling parameters,analyze the influence of each parameter on the pawl clutch engaging speed.The control of clutch pawl in the processing and repair process parameters,analysis of pawl and positioning pin assembly errors of the shell and the ratchet clutch working state,to provide reference for the clutch production,processing and repairingFinally,according to the fault plane scroll spring pawl and crack,the simulation and the operating parameters to meshing engagement,analyzes the influence of ratchet wheel and pawl engage collision parameters,obtained the ratchet pawl speed difference and angular acceleration effect on the maximum difference of meshing impact force.The parameters of the pre tightening moment parameters of the flat scroll spring were simulated,and the influence of the speed difference on the maximum impact force was analyzed,and the maximum impact force was obtained.Find out the corresponding dynamic reasons of the faults mentioned in the paper and sum up their fault control methods.
