Heat curing expansion support pipe is basic supporting parts of space in flatable structures,the space inflatable deployment process as an important stage in its function,large displacement and rotation of the support tube folding section well,fully expanded in structure after curing dynamics change and other issues,these problems can be widely used for large space inflatable structure developed to lay the theoretical foundation.In this paper,the thermal curing fabric composite support tube as the research object,established the thermal mechanical model of inflatable supporting tube curing process,through the combination of theoretical and experimental research,heat curing supporting tube expansion and its dynamic performance.Firstly,the simplified V folded heat curing inflatable tube support process Changes of rod bending deformation theory and energy principle and the folding fold contact area on the basis of the established mechanical model of inflatable,elliptical cross section in the process of study of parameters,and establish the relationship between the moment and the angle of the inflatable,inflatable pressure,elastic modulus and other parameters,given the inflation pressure and the quantitative relationship between the moment.experimental research,heat curing supporting tube expansion and its dynamic performance.Then,to set up a V folded heat curing inflatable tube expansion drive system,the test has been used to study the relationship between shape memory driving torque and the folding angle,folding radius of curvature,the test results provide support through scanning electron microscope test on the crease.By experiment,the expansion force is obtained under three different boundary conditions,one end is fixed and free,the other end is free,one end is simply supported,and the other is axial displacement at one end.The relationship between the expansion angle and the driving torque was studied under different charging effects.Finally,a set of temperature and air testing system of thermoset cantilever beam pressure control,the modal testing method of single point excitation and multi-point response,were studied in different temperature and different pressure of different geometric effects of the dynamic performance of the support tube.The accuracy of the test method is proved by theoretical analysis and MAC confidence analysis of Rayleigh equation.
