When the transformer has the insulation deterioration phenomenon,its general manifestation is partial discharges,insulation breakdown can be caused by further deterioration of insulating.The consequence is extremely serious,The widespread concern in the field of PD research at home and abroad is thus aroused.Find transformer insulation defect convenient for maintenance workers to take effective measures in time in the initial stage of partial discharge,avoiding insulation deterioration further development,At the same time,in order to discover the defects and faults of transformer in the process of manufacture or installation.Accurate positioning of discharge position and degree of insulation deterioration to ensure the normal operation of Transformers,thus developing partial discharge of transformer On-line Monitoring System.In this paper,the relevant research of local discharge signal is carried out.Firstly,the mechanism of partial discharge is discussed and compared with current PD detection method,ultrasonic method is proposed as an important method for this topic.Secondly,the design of signal acquisition and signal processing module hardware system,select the appropriate ultrasonic sensors to gather signals,using DSP chip processing as the core controller,the acquisition signal amplification and filter processing,designing high-speed data acquisition circuits and large capacity storage circuits.Before designing the software,using the wavelet base algorithm to verify the validity of the signal denoising function,and the actual discharge signal in the MATLAB software simulation test,finally the DSP processing data upload to the host computer monitoring,to analyze its waveform characteristics.To sum up,the system designed a reasonable hardware processing circuit and software processing process,by using wavelet algorithm,the denoising signal is successfully processed,it improves the measurement accuracy of the signal,and it has some practical significance for the research and maintenance of partial discharge of transformer.
