Hydraulic pump is one of the most important components of hydraulic system.Axial piston pump,as an important actuator and power element in hydraulic system,has been widely used in industrial hydraulic and walking hydraulic fields.Traditional axial piston pump has many advantages,but because of its three pairs of friction pairs,and noise,pulse level,efficiency and other issues still need to be improved,the "floating cup" principle came into being.A new type of floating cup pump is characterized by large number of double row back-to-back arrangement plunger,each piston has a spherical end sealed directly on the cylinder wall.The plunger is fixedly connected to the rotor,each of which is provided with an independent cup cylinder.The floating cup is supported by the roller plate and floats on the roller plate.The projected area of the floating cup depends on the angle between the cylinder and the rotor.In addition,the non-uniformity of the joint between the cylinder and the rotor shaft produces an angular deviation between the floating cup and the roller position.The floating cup pump has been proved to be stable under large pressure and speed range.The pump has high efficiency and the maximum efficiency can reach 97%.In addition,under the condition of low speed and high load,the hydraulic mechanical loss is very small.Steady state performance tests have confirmed the high efficiency,low friction loss and high starting torque.A large number of pistons greatly reduce torque variation.However,due to the large number of pistons,floating cup pump significantly more than the axial pump leakage gap,but the calculation proves that the volume loss of the floating cup pump is not higher than the traditional axial piston pump.Leakage mainly from the leakage loss between the plunger and the floating cup.The main contents of the research on the floating cup pump are as follows.It is hoped that the pump can not only reduce the pressure fluctuation,but also reduce the fluid noise and structural noise.The main work of this paper is as follows:1,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,expounds the structure characteristics,a new type of floating cup pump working principle,compared with the traditional axial piston pump and the advantages of the floating cup pump in the domestic and foreign development status;and introduces the characteristics and development of design of floating cup pump.2.According to the theoretical analysis of the floating piston pump model,including the kinematics analysis of the floating cup on the roller plate,the analysis of the tilt angle of the roller,the force analysis of the float cup and the plunger,andthe analysis of the flow pulsation.It provides a powerful numerical theoretical basis for the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the floating cup pump.3,the theoretical analysis and summary of test results under low speed conditions are given.The mechanical performance and leakage analysis of the sealing performance of the float cup pump and the chamber seal of the plunger head are analyzed.4.Modeling and Simulation of the hydraulic model of the floating cup pump.Using AMESim as a platform,the flow of the pump is analyzed by hydraulic model,which verifies the correctness of the model and the correctness of kinematic analysis.
