A Study On The Suitability Of Inner Mongolia Grassland Settlement Public Facilities Planning

With the rapid growth of China's economy and people's living standards,the construction of public facilities planning in education,health and sports culture has become an important part of building a harmonious society.Public welfare facilities is an important part of urban service functions,also the important carrier of public life and the core material base.Reasonable layout of public facilities is the realization of resident education,basis and guarantee medical security,so the research on public facilities planning has important practical significance.The core connotation of the equalization of public service is a citizen of a country no matter where they live,should have a fair and equal enjoyment of the rights of national basic public services,which is a manifestation of the "people-oriented" planning concept.But in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,due to the vast grassland,urban layout is loose,the per capita public facilities for education,health,sports,community service mainly is far below the city area,it is difficult to meet the needs of local residents growing material and cultural life needs.Especially as Sumu(town),village(Village)level of pastoral village,due to the backward economic development,to focus on the construction of public facilities and efficient use,seriously restricts the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards of farmers and herdsmen.At present,the research on public facilities is more concentrated in large cities and developed areas,study on the grassland town in Inner Mongolia area with backward economic development is less,and even less study on public facilities of Sumu,Gacha.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study on the planning of public facilities in Inner Mongolia grassland settlement.Therefore,selection of typical Prairie town Dongwuzhumuqin(hereinafter referred to as Dongwuqi),Zhengxiangbaiqi,Duolun County of Xinlingol League as the research area,and choose the jurisdiction of Sumu,Gacha as the research object,Through combing the domestic and foreign research,Analysis and Research on the economic,social and urban development of the three regions,also the current situation and needs of the residents of public facilities,found problems existing in the development of public facilities in the region,to explore the suitability of the planning and layout of Inner Mongolia prairie village public facilities equalization from the perspective.In finally,try to put forward a set of suitable for the settlement of public facilities in Xilingol area grassland grading system and control index,and promote the region established in accordance with national conditions,also balanced sustainable system of basic public services,gradually promote the equalization of regional public facilities.
