Electric vehicles are driven by electricity, which mainly comes from power system. The function of the electric vehicles practices in the transportation system and thus the spatial topological characteristics and traffic characteristics of the transportation system has direct influence on the consumption of the electric vehicle battery.Electric vehicle charging behavior has the randomness on time,as well as the space. The randomness of the space's is restrained by the present situation of the transportation system, the urban planning layout, the regional electric car ownership and the capacity of the charging power service.Single vehicle has little effect on electric vehicle power system, but as thousands of electric vehicles appear in the system, the macroscopic load characteristics of the power system will be affected seriously. To study these characteristics in this situation and explore the integral law of regional electric vehicle charging power, this paper analyzes the behavior of regional large-scale electric vehicle based on emergence theory, which points out that the electric vehicles is eligible to appear phenomenon of emergence due to the unique behavior. And macroscopically develops the multi-agent simulation in regard to the migration of large-scale electric vehicles in the traffic network and researches the laws of charging power probability distribution in several related modes. In order to simulate and research in the behavior of electric vehicles, this paper adopts a multi-agent simulation technology based on Java/Jade to set up the multi-agent simulation model. This model mainly includes map agent, electric vehicle agent and charging station agent, and time agent etc.Map agent provides the transportation topology information;time agent provides time information;the station agent to provide charging information as well as collects electric vehicle charging data;and the electric vehicle agent owns its independent behavior of driving and charging. The information interacts among these agents. The simulation data supports the simulation basis for the analysis of electric vehicle charging power distribution. To analyze the simulation data obtained, the data analysis tool named Minitab is used to explore the probability distribution of regional electric vehicle charging power, which derives several related expressions in different periods to study the time-space distribution of vehicle charging power.Besides, based on the original model, several extensions in different condition are simulated in this paper, considering traffic jams and the capacity of charging station limited, which will be more closely to explore macroscopic characteristics of the behavior of large-scale electric vehicle and has the vital significance to the further construction of traffic system and regional charging infrastructure,as well as the related scientific research. Conclusion is made at the end of this thesis, and the directions for future research are prospected.
