Research On Evaluation System For Infrastructure Of Chinese Traditional Village

Infrastructure is the material carrier of the life and existence of villagers in traditional villages.It provides an important basis for the protection and inheritance of traditional villages,and whether it is perfect or not is an important sign to measure the effectiveness of traditional village protection.However,The traditional village infrastructure is generally faced with the reality of weak foundation and improper construction which due to lack of money and technology.The deterioration of the ecological environment,the decline in the quality of human settlements and other issues which has become a constraint to the protection and development of the village.Improving infrastructure is imminent.Due to the lack of reasonable judgment on the current situation of the traditional village infrastructure,improving frequently lack of pertinence and have too much force.Therefore,it has lost contact with the realistic conditions and needs.It brings great challenge to the inheritance and development of the infrastructure in traditional village.Consequently,the research on the evaluation of the infrastructure of traditional village is of great significance to achieve targeted protection of traditional infrastructure.This paper is divided into three levels: at the macro level,the traditional village is different from the towns and rural areas in the infrastructure.In addition to the daily use of the material carrier function,it is also restricted by geographical environment and climatic conditions.And it has rich regional cultural characteristics and building experience.It has the characteristics of adaptability of the geographical environment,the ecology of local conditions and the regional characteristics from the local area.Based on this,"applicability","regional" and "living state" as the value of the evaluation of the infrastructure in traditional village.Whether or not to meet the use requirements and whether it has important value and can meet the sustainable use is the main content of evaluation.Based on the evaluation of the supply effect,the comprehensive value and the coordination degree of the seven subsystems of the infrastructure,the evaluation index system of infrastructure is constructed in traditional village.At the meso level,Taking the 49 traditional villages in the Pearl River Delta as examples to sum up its infrastructure by the south of the Five Ridges water village and the common culture of the common birth of the "water,water" and the characteristics of the rural urbanization mode of "urbanization",and then,the system of the above chapters is optimized,and the evaluation model of the traditional village infrastructure in the Pearl River Delta region is constructed.The level of infrastructure in the traditional villages in this area is quantitatively evaluated.Finally,at the micro level,the typical cases of quantitative evaluation results are selected,the town of Tan Village,Shunde district,Foshan;Li Cha village,Huilong town,Gaoyao district,Zhaoqing and Xiaozhou village,Huazhou street,Haizhu district,Guangzhou.It makes a qualitative evaluation of them.In order to verify the rationality of the evaluation system and according to the protection and development of the traditional villages in the Pearl River Delta region,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward in the aspects of planning control,technical response and mechanism guarantee.
