Since the 20 th century,the development of naval forces achieve more and more attention in every country.Along with the rapid development of science and technology,unmanned weapons and equipment begin to show on the battlefield.AUV,as an important carrier of underwater combat platform,has become a hotspot research in recent years.Based on the design characteristics of AUV,this paper designs an unmanned underwater boat that is capable of carrying weapons.It focuses on the study of main dimensions,the internal device,the layout and the pressure shell structure.At the same time,Software Fine / Marine and finite element analysis software Patran that are applied on the study of the performance of AUV.The following are specific work done in this paper:Complete the overall design of the unmanned underwater boat,including the design of main scale,shape line and the internal system.The three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks is used to model the inner components to complete the total layout design.What's more,the floating state of the AUV is checked in the software Maxsurf.Based on the CFD software Fine/Marine,resistance performance of Submarine is studied.First of all,the Suboff model of direct resistance is simulated with CFD software Fine/Marine.Compared the simulation results with published test data,the feasibility of simulation is verified.Then when Reynolds number is equal,the submarine,whose direct resistance of speed varies from 1-10 kn,is simulated in the condition of scaled model,and the resistance and flow speed of each are analyzed.Then the virtual fluid kinematic viscosity is introduced and direct resistance of the scaled model,which is in the water surface and different sailing speed,is calculated through the full similarity of the Reynolds number and Froude number.Besides,the condition of wave making is analyzed under different speed conditions on the surface of the water.The simulation results meet the design requirements.Complete the design of compressive shell structure ofAUV.According to the structural specification,three kinds of parallel body structure schemes are designed,and the optimal scheme is selected by structural analysis.And then optimize the bow trepanning scheme,finally confirm the design of the bow and stern double compressive shell structure.This paper completes the analysis of the compressive structure of AUV using finite element calculation software Patran,and checking of structure strength and stability according to the structural specification.The calculation results show that the design of compressive shell structure can meet the requirement of the specifications.This paper designs a large-scale AUV capable of carrying weapons and equipment,which has better ship speed and resistance,endurance and structural behavior.This paper is a positive and meaningful attempt of AUV research,which can provide some reference value for future research work.
