At present,photovoltaic power generation and solar thermal power generation are the two main use patterns of solar energy.Solar thermal power generation is divided into trough solar thermal power generation,tower solar thermal power generation and dish solar thermal power generation.The issue,with the heliostat tracking system in tower solar thermal power systems as the background,is committed to reduce the high cost of small heliostat.Compared to the large heliostats,small heliostats have many advantages such as lower mechanical manufacturing cost,easier to install and easier to clean,higher utilization of land.But its miniaturization leads to higher amortized cost control system per unit area,more complex electrical control system.Small heliostat cost is mainly reflected in the drive mechanism constituted of large disc reducer and the high cost of the angle measuring device with two absolute encoders.In light of this,Cline heliostat tracking system is designed,in which the large disc reducer is replaced with a simple cross couplings,and a detection device based on the three-axis acceleration sensor is designed to detect mirror angle.And this system controls the heliostat's angle by using a rope to pull the heliostat.In order to verify the feasibility of the program,the three-axis acceleration sensor angle measurement model and the mathematical model between the rope length and angle mirror are established,and then the experimental platform based on PLC and touch screen is set up to verify the model.Experimental results show that Cline heliostat tracking system can task the sun effectively and reduce control cost largely.The work in the program lays the theoretical foundation for Cline heliostat engineering and has a great significance for promoting the development of small heliostat.
