As we all know,the development of the human production and living standards are inseparable from the various sources of energy.As the fossil energy gradually reduce,more and more countries focus on new energy.As a kind of green renewable and clean energy,wind energy is very useful.Wind power generation is the main way of using wind.Therefore,innovation and development of the wind turbine is reasonable use of wind energy and the key to improve the environment.Blade as the key part of wind turbine can capture effective wind energy.What's more,the cost of the blade accounts for 20% of the total wind turbine.So it is necessary to improve the performance of blades that to increase the capacity to capture more of the wind.At present,the fan type on the market is tend to be more and more large.Meanwhile Shandong peninsula is suitable for large fan installed because the rich comparison of the wind energy resource.Therefore,in the paper,a 2MW wind turbine blade was designed.Then,the bladed was used for its fatigue life and load analysis.The software such as airfoil design software Profili,three-dimensional modeling software UG and finite element analysis of engineering software ANSYS Workbench and air dynamics analysis software GH Bladed was used in the paper.The main content of this research including the following aspects:1.Investigate the coastal areas and the status of the development and utilization of wind energy resources: according to the coastal areas quarterly wind speed data which was issued by the provincial meteorological bureau,the annual average wind speed in the region was calculated.2.The design of the blade to calculate the diameter of the rotor and leaf number,make sure each blade airfoil chord length and thickness selection,calculation of blade twisting angle theta and airfoil blade profile.3.Three-dimensional modeling of wind turbine blades: in the blade,each section of the airfoil is made up of several period of free curve.Therefore,the Profili software can export airfoil model to EXCEL that can carry out the coordinate transformation.In this way the actual space coordinates of airfoil was obtained.Then save it *.dat format.The curve modeling function of UG was used to design three-dimensional model of the blade.4.Blade fatigue life analysis: GH Bladed can analysis of the force states of three kinds of operating modes such as normal operation,normal stop and emergency stop.Through the ANSYS Workbench the fatigue life of blade was obtained.
