Frogman vehicle was applied as a underwater booster device,and it was firstly developed in the World War I.With the continuous improvement of Offshore fight demands,coupled with the gradually development in the civilian market like marine scientific research,recreational diving,fishing rescue and underwater engineering construction,the required performance indicators such as voyage,speed and endurance of frogman vehicle are getting higher in recent years.Through analyzed the research status and the development of domestic and foreign about frogman vehicle’s propulsion electric machine,we can see that the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)with the characteristics of high operation efficiency,good dynamic performance,wide operation speed range,compact structure,reliable operation,low operation noise,and large torque as starting is one choice of the frogman vehicle’s propulsion electric machine.Relying on Yunnan province science and technology project "The Key Technology Research on Large Current Pump Jet Underwater Frogman vehicle research",which was declared in 2015 by Kunming WuWei S&T Company that attached to Kunming Branch of the 705 Research Institute.This paper mainly studied the correlation theories,engineering methods and operating characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system.The major tasks and innovations of this paper are as follows:a)The study analyzed the development frogman vehicle motor of domestic and foreign,based on the theories of motor and motor control system,learned the engineering methods of the permanent magnet synchronous motor which was applied to the frogman vehicle.b)Built a vector control model of PMSM and conducted simulation experiment.c)Presented a set of complete software and hardware design scheme of PMSM vector control system in detail.Constructed a principle prototype experiment platform.The correctness of the scheme was proved by the prototype testing.d)Studied the design of snubber circuits in the inverter,researched the generation mechanism of the DC bus voltage spikes and the operating principle of RCD snubber circuits in detail.The research has certain universality and can be used as reference for other types of snubber circuits.e)Studied the design of analog signal filter circuits.This paper presents that the design method of the filter circuit based on EDA software is a novel and intuitive method for the design and optimization of the filter circuit.The correctness of the method was verified by the prototype experiment.
