| China has a vast region,and a long history,with many nationalities,due to geographical differences,ethnic customs differences also make a rich and varied regional culture,so as architectural style.Chinese traditional culture is based on ancient villages,especially the heritage of the villages,local architecture is the carrier of local cultural material as well as the crystallization of local culture.Leizhou culture is one of the four major cultures in Guangdong.It is a combination of Baiyue culture,Minnan culture,overseas culture and other regional culture,its distinctive characteristics of the village layout and architectural form,has a very high research value.Based on a large number of Leizhou traditional villages and architectural research data,combined with domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research methods and achievements,analysis the traditional architectural culture,making skills,and learn from the success of traditional building renewal case,searching for the protection and re-use methods of traditional buildings,and make a reference for protection and innovation design of Leizhou traditional buildings.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,analyzes the research background,determines the research scope,the object,the method and the frame,defines the related concept,summarizes the related research achievement at home and abroad,and expounds the significance of the research.The second chapter analyzes the traditional village pattern and cultural characteristics in Leizhou area,explores its historical evolution,and classifies and summarizes according to the shape,functional use and decorative arts of traditional architecture.In the third chapter,according to the current situation of the development of traditional villages and buildings in Leizhou,the paper analyzes and summarizes its development difficulties,and studies the typical cases of rural building renovation,summarizes its successful re-use methods,and makes reference for Leizhou traditional building re-use mode.The fourth chapter combines the national and local government development policy etc.,to develop the principles and strategies of traditional buidings.Draw lessons from the successful traditional building reuse method,combined with Leizhou traditional architectural features,and explored the principles of building re-use,transformation and utilization methods and development model.Finally summarizes the research results and limitations of the paper,and calls for the protection and transmission of traditional villages and buildings. |
