Hydraulic multi-way valve referred to as hydraulic multi-valve,it’s to meet the requirements of multi-actuator design and development.It’s structure is a multi-directional valve as the main body,integrated a variety of functional valves,such as safety valve,check valve,pressure compensation valve,throttle and so on.Through the commutation of the reversing valve,a multi-function integrated valve controlled by a plurality of actuators is realized.Complex structure,powerful,so the design and maintenance of multi-valve is very difficult.In order to solve this problem,multi-valve test stand came into being.It is through the simulation of multi-valve working state,get the corresponding pressure,flow data curve,through comparative analysis,can greatly help the maintenance and design of multi-valve.Due to the short development time of hydraulic technology in China,there are many problems such as insufficiency,poor reliability,low test precision and low test efficiency.The test and research on the special function of multi-way valve are relatively few.And mainly to manual hydraulic multi-valve as the research object,the structure is simple,the number of joint,the structure of the complex hydraulic and electro-hydraulic proportional control hydraulic multi-valve also studied less.Therefore,it is very important to study the design and research of hydraulic multi-way valve test bed with high complexity multi-way valve as the research object.In this paper,a typical hydraulic control system,semi-integral Kawasaki multi-way valve as the test object,combined with the latest test of multi-valve test standards to complete the multi-valve test-bed system design and multi-valve function test.The main design of the test bed includes the following three parts: the principle of hydraulic system,test bed structure and measurement and control system design.Through the analysis of the requirements of the pilot project and multi-valve characteristic analysis,design the hydraulic system schematic.Considering the functional requirements,cost,safety and stability,easy to use and other factors,the design of the multi-valve test bed of the whole machine structure.At the same time,according to the schematic diagram of the multi-way valve loading module,the integrated block is analyzed and designed by using SolidWorks software.And according to the characteristics of multi-valve monitoring and control system,the preparation of the test process,based on MCGS software design man-machine interface,complete the measurement and control system design.According to the test results,the reliability of the multi-channel valve structure and the performance is analyzed.At the same time,the test method of the characteristic function of the multi-channel valve is studied.The HCD simulation model of the multi-channel valve armor module is developed by AMESim software platform.Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of Typical Operating State of Multi-way Valve by Simulation Model.The paper combines the multidisciplinary techniques of hydraulic,mechanical,electrical,control theory and software development to complete the development and research of multi-way valve test bed and pay it to customers.In this paper,the relevant conclusions of the study,not only for the development of multi-way valve test bench to provide detailed examples and reference ideas,while the development of multi-valve also provides a theoretical guidance.
