The thesis is supported by the program for the key industrial generic technology innovation of Chongqing(No.Cstc2015zdcy-ztzx70010).The wind power transmission is the key components of wind turbine,which easily lead to failure of the wind turbine due to its complex dynamic performance that is attributed to the poor working environment and non-torque loads' effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the dynamic performance of megawatt class wind turbine transmission system to reduce its failure rate and improve its reliability and service life.The main contents of this thesis are shown as follows:(1)The structure and transmission principle of wind turbine transmission system is analyzed.The gearbox housing and carrier are regarded as flexible body,and hub,main-shaft,flexible coupling and other key components are considered.In addition,three point elastic supports which are consisted of main bearing and two torque arms are considered.According to the actual connections between components of this system,the dynamic model of the wind power transmission system is established using commercial software MASTA,and the external excitation and internal excitation of transmission system are analyzed.(2)The influence of non-torque loads on dynamic response of wind power transmission system are investigated.The change of tooth contact force of ring-planet gear pair,bearing force of planet and internal excitation force of high-speed stage gear pair caused by gravity,pitching moment and yaw moment load are analyzed.And the change regulations of tooth contact force of planetary gear pair,partial load performance of planet,vibration and structure noise response of transmission system with the change of non-torque loads are acquired.(3)The influence of non-torque loads on load-sharing characteristic of wind power transmission system are investigated.The change of average load distribution ratio between three planets and average dynamic load sharing coefficient of system caused by gravity,pitching moment and yaw moment load are analyzed.And the change regulations of load sharing characteristic of system with the change of non-torque loads are acquired.(4)The online test system for dynamic characteristics of megawatt wind power transmission system is established.The vibration and structure noise under the rated working condition,as well as the load sharing characteristics of the system under different working conditions are tested.The test results are compared and analyzed with siluation results,and the correctness of simulation model is verified.
