With the rapid development of science and technology and the increasing national strength of our country,China's aerospace industry has made great progress on the national economic development and international status has played a positive role.Telemetry system,as one of the key pillars of the aerospace industry,is the task of measuring,transmitting and processing carrier status and data,reflecting the operational status of the carrier and the important guarantee of flight safety.In order to ensure the normal operation of the telemetry system,the telemetry data processing system collects and displays the telemetry data on the ground allegation,which makes it easy for the commander to judge and decide the state of the carrier.In this paper,we use the Mysql database to design,collect and store real-time telemetry data by using the idea of modular design in the Java development environment,which is a kind of telemetry data with high transmission frequency and high transmission capacity during the space launch task.The telemetry data visualization system is presented,and the telemetry data are evaluated based on the Mahalanobis distance,and the application and analysis of telemetry data are studied and explored.The system has the characteristics of real-time performance,high storage and query efficiency.For the telemetry system,the later data analysis has practical engineering significance and reference value.On the basis of studying the development of telemetry data system at home and abroad and the relevant theories of data evaluation,the main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the real-time storage of telemetry data is put forward,and the characteristics of telemetry real-time data are analyzed.Aiming at the difficulties in real-time storage,this paper designs a real-time storage method based on multi-thread telemetry data,and improves the efficiency of real-time storage through multi-thread management and optimization.At the same time,according to the real-time storage method,designed to match the database.Through the database performance parameters to further improve the storage efficiency.Secondly,a practical evaluation method based on Mahalanobis distance is proposed for real-time data of telemetry system.That is,the historical data of the normal and running state faults of the running state are selected as the samples,and the standard deviation of each sample is taken as the feature quantity of the evaluation.The Markov distance discriminant is constructed by using the feature quantity of normal,fault and real-time data samples to judge whether real-time data is faulty.And use the actual telemetry parameter data to illustrate and verify.Then,the requirements of the system are analyzed,and the various functional modules of the system are designed.The system adopts B / S architecture,which is divided into database service layer,basic data layer and service processing layer.It mainly implements real-time data monitoring,historical data query,real-time data evaluation and configuration maintenance and management functions.Finally,the paper gives the actual implementation of the system.The selection results of system hardware installation are introduced,and the concrete realization of four functions of real-time data monitoring,historical data query,real-time data evaluation and configuration maintenance management are introduced in detail.
