This study use GuCheng branch line for Heng-De highway overcrossing Shi-De railway overpass as engineering background,substructure construction key points were introduced,this paper designs and checksthe cast-in-place support for 2 × 45 m T-type rigid frame box girder,The process accords to the relevant construction and design specification.The Method of foundation reinforcement were introduced,Finally,The key technology of the rotation construction were analyed,The key parameters of the rotating construction were determined through experiment and calculation,The key operation of rotary construction has been confirmed too,Practice has proved that the calculation and test results are correct and provide reference for similar engineering construction.
