The research on heavy haul railway operations during the four hole continuous frame bridge integral jacking construction as the research object,aiming at the jacking frame bridge span,top length,high groundwater level,traffic density,train operation with heavy axle and other unfavorable factors,the operation conditions of frame bridge jacking construction scheme of uninterrupted the heavy line of the common line conditions existing jacking construction technology on the basis of summing up a set of bridge frame for heavy haul transportation under the condition of jacking construction technology.Using the finite element software MIDAS to establish entity model on the line reinforcement part and back part,modeling and analysis using the beam element and solid element,and through theoretical model analysis of the scene to guide the local reinforcement measures,and compared with the actual data,it was concluded that the local construction plan and protection measures of railway line settlement control to good effect,avoids the frame bridge jacking process may occur plunging into ground problems.Through the track displacement deformation observation,each cycle jacking drawing elevation and changing direction,the curve analysis summary top box in the direction,elevation deviation and trends,guide the construction site to take appropriate corrective measures,and provided a reference for heavy haul railway operating under the same conditions the top of the large span frame bridge in construction.
