| In this paper,we mainly discuss the trajectory planning of the revolving body.Based on the analysis of generatrix of revolution body,to explore the design of stable trajectory scheme with cone as an example,discussed the scheme according to the trajectory planning of conical geodesic trajectory design and designed the path according to the fixed angle trajectory planning;in cylinder as an example,discusses the cylinder according to the measured trajectory planning scheme of ground track design.In addition,according to the new algorithm to achieve the track coverage of the design and analysis of the track.Then,the problem of how to realize the hole is studied in two aspects,one is how to effectively identify the hole boundary,the other is how to effectively implement the hole boundary.In the part of the recognition of the hole boundary,this paper introduces how to reconstruct the whole data structure by using the known model data topology,which can facilitate the query to the corresponding point.The approximation of the triangle method model,obtains the corresponding STL file,and STL file data corresponding to the topology reconstruction finishing,topology reconstruction according to the three dimensions of the corresponding vertex,edges,surfaces of the STL file data.And in the light of the three conditions that may occur at the point of the track,the corresponding classification is made on the outside of the open hole,inside the hole,and on the hole boundary,so as to achieve the purpose of the identification of the hole boundary.For the realization of the hole boundary problem,because of the hole boundary is composed of discrete points,so the hole boundary and trajectory intersection into different surface segments in the local area of the intersection,this paper provides a simple algorithm for solving computer space intersection,can obtain the marked point of the path on the hole boundary.At the end of this paper,the experiment has been made to verify the method.The experimental results indicated that the method of trajectory planning and the identification and implementation of the hole boundary are operable,which can meet the requirement of trajectory design and the opening hole of composite materials. |
