Presently electrical industry has developed quickly,it becomes more and more important in variety of fields,and aerospace industry is one of them.More electrical engine becomes a trend in the field of aero-engine.As an important part of more electrical engine,electric fuel pump has been widely recognized by many insiders.It plays an important part in the aeroengine system and has great effect on the aeroengine performance,while its driving motor has determined its performance.For this reason,it is important to do research on electric motor servo control system for electric fuel pump.In order to make a study of electric motor servo control system,the working characteristics and working environment has been analyzed in this paper.The six-phase fault tolerant permanent magnet motor has been chosen as the driving motor of the electric fuel pump.At the same time,the double redundancy control strategy is adopted to improve the reliability of the motor and its drive and control system.Then the servo control system for the electric fuel pump has been disigned based on the analysis of the model and working principle of the six-phase fault tolerant permanent magnet motor.In this paper,the system has been simulated in the Matlab/Simulink to study the fault tolerant strategy and the control effect of conventional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller.The whole servo control hardware platform contains 270 V DC power,motor drive control system based on TMS320F2812,the six-phase ten-pole fault tolerant permanent magnet motor which capacity is 10 kW.The stator of the motor contains two sets of independent three-phase windings and each of them has an independent drive control system.At last,after the complete of hardware the program of motor controlling has been developed with C language in DSP software development tool CCS4.2.Then the tests of open-loop start,closed-loop control of rotation speed and speed¤t double closed loop control of the motor have been carried out.The results of the tests show that the system can control the speed and optimize the torque of the motor.The results also proved that the motor servo control system has good steady state performance and dynamic performance.
