As the bridge crane widely used in factories,warehouses and other materials handling,and the emergence of a variety of accident result in reliability and security of the crane structure more and more get the attention of users.Crane girder as an important part of the metal bridge structures,in the working process of the crane to play the role of a supporting other devices and load,so the robustness is largely affect the crane girder crane machine system robustness.At present,the research on the design of the crane girder has made a lot of progress,however,still stays in the stage of experience design,the design parameters and design parameters are calculated by deterministic consideration,however,in practical structural design,the structure of any design parameters can't be sure,and in a production environment,there are the influence of uncertainty factors in use process,resulting in safe hidden trouble,these effects cannot be eliminated by artificial method or avoid.Therefore,the robustness of crane girder design has important engineering value and realistic significance.Based on the experience in design,in this paper,the bridge crane girder structure analysis,sensitivity analysis is proposed based on robust optimization design method of crane girder structure.First of all,the related parameters of the crane girder sensitivity analysis to determine the need to consider the uncertainty of parameters,these parameters as the next step for the design of robust design,secondly,to the uncertainty of design parameters of the sensitivity of the big quality index as the robust optimization target,estimating method based on sensitivity analysis of the main quality index of the sensitivity function,establish a model of robust design based on sensitivity analysis,and finally,the model and combined with the traditional deterministic structure optimization design model,can achieve robustness design is constructed and can realize the lightweight design of a multi-objective design model.According to multi-objective problem,this paper studies the grey absolute correlation degree to solve optimal design solution of it,and use MATLAB numerical analysis software used for writing.At the same time,the design of the robust design and the reduction of the design of the structure,which meet the low cost and high safety requirements of modern design.At the same time,the method of multi-objective solution is avoided by using the traditional method of weighted method and effective solution.Robust optimization results show that the crane girder cross section area than the deterministic optimization design of crane girder cross section area is increased,the weight of the whole structure increased,but the structure of the design parameters of each performance index of the sensitivity of reduce a lot of,increase the weight of the used to offset the robustness of the structure.
