Asynchronous motor speed control system is a complicated multi-variable coupling system.In the asynchronous motor speed control system,the speed controller often applied the traditional PID control.However,in practical applications,the traditional PID control is difficult to overcome instable performance of system control,which is caused by load disturbance and motor parameters.In the article,the internal model control and intelligent integration algorithm as well as the fractional control algorithm are applied to the design of the speed controller of the asynchronous motor speed control system.After that,the author used the DSP chip TMS320F28335 as the control core to establish the experimental platform of the asynchronous motor speed control system,which can verify the control performance of the algorithm.Firstly,the present article designed the asynchronous motor internal speed controller,and the controller only need to adjust the parameter ?.Moreover,simulating and experimental results show that the internal model control method can effectively decease the overshoot and steady state of the robust error,and through this,it can achieve a shorter time than PI control.Secondly,in order to make the asynchronous motor speed control system to overcome the adverse influences,which are caused by the motor parameters and external disturbance of the system,the intelligent integral algorithm is introduced based on the internal model control,and the integral is replaced by the intelligent integral,so that it can adapt to the dynamic changes in the speed control system.Simulating and experimental results show that the intelligent integral internal model control owns all the advantages of intelligent integral control and internal model control,which exerts no impact on the parameters of the speed controller,but also make the induction motor speed owns good fastness and immunity.At last,the fractional order control and the internal model control are applied to design the fractional order internal model controller,which solves the problem that the parameter is needed to set too much during the fractional order PI?D? control.Moreover,the internal model control is also optimized as an integer control Performance,at this time,the controller only remains two adjustable parameters ? and ?,and then use the phase margin method to analyze the parameters of its tuning,and finally combined with intelligent integral algorithm to carry out the on-line real-time adjustment parameters.Judging from the simulating results,it is notdifficult to see that the improved algorithm is not only better than the conventional fractional PI?D?in the suppression of overshoot,but also it is better than the intelligent integral internal model control in the fastness and immunity.
