Wind energy as a clean,renewable energy,more and more countries around the world pay attention to it.Chinese wind turbine installed capacity increased year by year,and 1.5MW and 2MW wind turbines become mainstream,the share is growing.And the two models of the blade length are more than 30 m.Wind turbine more pursuit of unit power generation costs,leaves toward the slender development.Leaves in the inertial force,gravity and aerodynamic load under the joint action,it is prone to serious deformation and flutter,and then produce fatigue crack damage.Therefore,the control of large wind turbine blade flutter has become an important part of modern wind turbine design.Damping damping and noise reduction technology is one of the effective ways to solve the vibration.The technology is the use of damping material by the alternating stress,the deformation lags behind the stress changes,the hysteresis will vibrate the kinetic energy into heat or other can be dissipated Of the energy,which play the purpose of vibration and noise reduction.In this paper,multi-layers damping structure applied to the leaves,to suppress leaf vibration.In this paper,the background of blade decay and damping structure is reviewed.The composition of the wind turbine and the main parameters of the blade are briefly described.Taking a domestic 1.5MW blade as an example,a three-dimensional model is established and modal analysis is carried out.According to aerodynamics,the differential equations of blade lift,resistance and leaf motion are deduced,and the conditions of flapping are analyzed.The additional structure and energy dissipation principle are described,and the multi-layers weakly constrained damping structure and multi-layers constrained damping structure are deduced.The results show that the multi-layers damping blade is more effective than the single-layer damping blade and the multi-layers constrained damping blade.The results show that the multi-Layers damping blades have better anti-decay performance.
