In recent years,with the popularity of a large number of cars,the traditional power system of the vehicle is a problem to be solved in terms of fuel consumption and exhaust emission.The development of electric powered vehicles has become the current trend.The traditional energy storage system of electric power vehicle has great limitation in power output and life.In view of this situation,it is great significance to study a new energy storage system for electric vehicles.At present,the development of energy storage field,a new type of energy storage device-super capacitor meet our requirements in terms of power output and life.Based on the detailed theoretical analysis,this paper designs a kind of hybrid energy storage system in the aspects of energy and power of the two aspects.At the same time,for the hybrid energy storage system of electric vehicle,the key problem of is how to charge it quickly and stably.Based on this,this paper develops a set of hybrid energy storage system which can be quickly charged.The specific work done in this paper is as follows:(1)According to the actual situation of power shock,a super capacitor and battery hybrid energy storage system is designed,according to their own mathematical model,deduce the circuit model,the system model is simulated in different situations.The results show that the hybrid energy storage system can improve the output power of the power system under the shock load,which can effectively solve the problem of the aging of the battery and the lack of output power.(2)For the hybrid energy storage system fast charge-temperature characteristics of super capacitor is the key problem.In this paper,the charging mode of hybrid energy system is proposed-battery DC hybrid,super capacitor constant current constant voltage charging mode.Based on the BQ2031 charging control chip,a suitable charging mode that constant current and constant voltage charging mode is designed.The simulation and experiment on the temperature characteristics of the super capacitor were carried out by using this charging mode.The results show that the charge mode can effectively avoid the temperature effect.(3)Develops a set of hybrid energy storage system which can be quickly charged.With the constant current constant voltage charging circuit as the core,FPGA as the control core,the hardware system of the hybrid energy storage system charging real-time information acquisition and display and control of constant current and voltage circuit,while supporting the design of the AD acquisition program,display program,component assembly character chip component Qsys software program etc.Finally,the system is tested and verified,the results show that the hybrid system can be stable and fast charging.
