To help the research of a new type Aero-Engine,and provide the equipment support to the design of dual-rotor bearing which used in the Aero-Engine,there is an urgent need to design a new type dual-drive bearing test machine which meet the special test requirements ofdual-rotor bearing and implement the durability testsof the new type dual-rotor bearing,so that can test the performance of dual-rotor bearing.This paper focuses on the study of the speed control system of dual-drive bearing test machine and the speed control system should analog the real condition of dual-rotor bearing to test the durability of the bearing within the calibrated rate of speed upgrade.This paper has analyzedthe development of bearing test machines which are used to test the dual-rotor bearing.According to the requirementsand the mechanical structure of the dual-drive bearing test machine,conduct the force analysis of the both sides axis of drive system,thenestablish the load characteristics calculate model of drive system.After that,obtain the load characteristics at different speeds by calculating,then choose the AC asynchronous motor and converter which meet the needs of load characteristics and other requirements.Combined with the design of new type dual-drive bearing test machine and the features of dual-drive system,the structure of speed control system is established,the hardware and software of control system is designed and the control strategy of speed control system is developed.Then use the simulation software to establish the simulation model of speed control system,run the simulation model in different test situations and tuning the parameter of the analysis model according to the results of simulation.The simulation result prove that the speed control system is effectual.After completing the installation and commission of bearing test machine,develop the specifications of test machine.The results of load test and the idling speed test indicate that the selected motor can satisfy the load characteristics and design requirements of the test machine.The speed control system of test machine is stable and reliable,and satisfy the technology requirements of the Areo-Engine dual-rotor bearing test machine.
