This paper analyzes numerous relevant theories and cases at home and abroad.And based on fully understanding the development situation of leisure agriculture and the relevant concepts of valley economy,this paper makes overall planning of Liao Yu Village leisure agricultural sightseeing garden in Xing Yang City.Under the premise of fully analyzing location,cultural history,industrial economy,transportation,water resources,vertical topography and vegetation of Liao Yu village,this paper combines with the relevant concepts and theories of valley economy,to put forward the planning positioning of leisure recreation,agricultural picking and physical therapy of Liao Yu village agricultural garden planning in Xing Yang city.At the same time,Liao Yu village agricultural garden introduces the local farming culture and He Yin pomegranate culture,to create a leisure agricultural sightseeing garden which integrates agricultural production,experience sightseeing,fruit and vegetable picking,science education,leisure entertainment,health resort and service sales into an entirety.The planning project is intended to explore the development mode of the valley economic type leisure agriculture,has a certain practical significance for ditch economy type leisure agriculture,in order to speed up the economic transformation and promote the economic development of poor mountainous areas.According to Liao Village Leisure Agriculture Park Zoning planning,road planning,landscape planning,plant planning,industrial planning,vertical planning,water supply planning,drainage planning,power pipeline planning,stage planning and special planning etc,the following conclusions are summarized:(1)We should control planning as a whole,highlight the cultural concept of river Yin pomegranate,and use the plants,structures,landscape sketches and other landscape forms to explore the application of pomegranate culture in the planning of leisure agricultural parks;(2)Agricultural experience,fruit and vegetable picking project can better enhance the participation of leisure agricultural sightseeing garden,and enrich the diversity of projects within the garden,and explore the application of experience projects in leisure agriculture park planning;(3)Transforming single industrial structure model,exploring the threedimensional industrial structure model of leisure agriculture under the ditch economy mode,promoting regional industrial development.
