From the perspective of life cycle assessment of high-speed railway energy consumption and carbon emissions,this paper studied the energy consumption and carbon emissions characteristics of high-speed railway,it has the characteristics of concealment and metastatic.This article demonstrates the energy consumption and carbon emissions of high-speed railway in life cycle assessment method is scientific,Based on process analysis could be divided into: the life cycle of high-speed railway construction,operation and maintenance phase and scrap dismantled stage.And then determine the boundaries,the stages of established the various stages of the calculation model of energy consumption and carbon emissions.This paper developed high-speed railway life cycle energy consumption and carbon emissions inventory analysis software,which is based on the life cycle inventory analysis at various stages of high speed railway calculation model and the development tools Visual Basic6.0 and Microsoft SQL Sever2008 database.High Speed Rail Life Cycle Inventory Analysis Database(HLCD)is established at the same time in the development of the software Life Cycle Inventory Analysis Software,which is used for listing data storage,query,retrieval and output,and other functions.Based on the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway engineering example,the use of list analysis and calculation model and the high speed railway life cycle energy consumption and carbon emissions inventory analysis software respectively considering dynamic factor of energy consumption and carbon emission factor to calculate the energy consumption and carbon emissions.The calculation result is that the energy consumption for 1 235 767.43 TJ and carbon emissions for 247 129.9 thousand tons,each stage of the energy consumption ratio is: 20.01%,77.45%,2.54%,proportion of carbon emissions is: 14.82%,83.58%,1.60%.Operation and maintenance phase of the energy consumption and carbon emissions is the largest proportion of the life cycle which is the main control stage.The construction of high-speed railway takes up a lot of land,crops cultivated land and forest area reducing,leads to the parts of the crops on the land and forest carbon sinks,this part must be considered the life cycle of high-speed railway with carbon emissions.Based on this viewpoint,this paper studies the calculation of quantity of this part of crops and forest carbon sink model,based on the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway engineering example to calculate the capacity of 1 292.11 thousand tons,part of the carbon sink of beijing-shanghai high speed railway inventory analysis in 0.52 % of the total life cycle of carbon emissions.This paper studies the operational phase of highway transport and civil aviation transport calculation model of energy consumption and carbon emissions.And applied the method of simulation for the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway project example,the quantitative calculation of the highways and civil aviation to same as the beijing-shanghai high-speed railway operation period the transportation task of turnover generated by energy consumption and carbon emissions.Calculation results show that the highway and civil aviation aircraft together complete the same as the high speed railway passenger volume transport task of energy consumption and carbon emissions are respectively 3.7 times and 1.3 times that of the high-speed railway.Obviously,compared with the highway transportation and civil aviation transportation high-speed railway is energy conservation and emission reduction.
