Study On The Foundation Reinforcement Of The Existing Building By Adding Layers

Due to the construction of the existing building in the survey,design,or construction,improper use,or the use of the environment changes,some because of the use of functional changes,we need reconstruction the building.In the case of existing buildings reinforcement or reconstruction,we must deal with the foundation in the first.There many different between the reinforcement of existing building foundation and the new construction project,each have their own engineering properties,so we should choice the most appropriate methods,according to the engineering characteristics.The past studies mostly focus on one of the foundation and basis reinforced project,but the research in this paper is the reinforce of foundation and basics when the superstructure is greatly increased.There are few informations on this document and engineering examples.In this paper,based on the reinforcement of the foundation and basic of the workshop,we summarized the method of strengthening the foundation of existing buildings.This paper expounds the concrete application scope and reinforcement method of foundation reinforcement,and according to the reinforcement method,combined with the specific circumstances of the project,we choose the method of increasing the foundation section and high pressure jet grouting pile method in foundation reinforcement.Using PKPM software to design and check the foundation reinforcement,and the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the foundation reinforcement.Through the analysis of finite element software,the following conclusions are drawn: The use of raft foundation to increase the original base floor area,and achieved good reinforcement effect;The new foundation exist significant stress hysteresis compared to the original old base;By increasing the elastic modulus of the raft foundation,the stress hysteresis of the old and new foundation can be reduced;By changing the elastic modulus of the soil,the stress hysteresis of the old and new foundation can be increasd.
