Compared with the highway cable-stayed bridge,it is a particularly serious problem that the fatigue load of the cable stayed on the railway cable-stayed bridge,and the anchorage area of the cable-stayed bridge is very complicated.But there are few studies on the fatigue of the cable and the stress of the anchorage zone in the railway cable-stayed bridge,especially heavy-duty cable-stayed bridge,so it is necessary to study it deeply.This paper is based on the above background.Based on the theory of fatigue,this paper analyzes the bridge state by means of finite element software Midas / Civil,which is based on the double tower double cable plane cable-stayed bridge of Menghua railway coal transportation channel,and finds out the unfavorable load combination.The fatigue load spectrum of the cable is obtained by using the dynamic load of the train to simulate the dynamic load of the train.Then,the fatigue load spectrum of the cable is analyzed and calculated by MathCAD software and considers the effect of mean stress,running speed,train axle load and other factors.Finally,the finite element software of Midas / FEA is used to analyze the cable structure of cable-stayed bridge and sub-wire pipe saddle.Under the condition of cable force,the different stress clouds of concrete under anchor are also further analyzed and the optimization suggestions are given for the arrangement of ordinary steel bars in the tower.In this paper,the analysis method of cable fatigue of cable-stayed bridge in heavy haul railway is summarized and the fatigue damage degree of heavy-duty railway is about 2.5 times higher than that of ordinary railway cable.Based on the detailed comparative analysis of the stress distribution of the anchorage zone of the cable tower of the low tower cable-stayed bridge,it is concluded that the shear stress of the tower in the transverse bridge is larger,which can be strengthened by setting the prestressed tendons,and the vertical compressive stress is less than the allowable value of the concrete material design.The research contents and conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
