The study shows that the helix on the surface of the cable can effectively suppress the wind and rain excitation. In this paper,by changing the wind speed to change the Reynolds number of the model surface,a rigid model vibration test is carried out in the wind tunnel, and model vibration is studied under the different spiral lines and different Reynolds numbers. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the main types of wind-induced vibration of cable-stayed bridge and introduces the vibration type related to this paper, abstracts the oblique cable as the standard circular cross section, and introduces the classical cylindrical flow theory. The second chapter mainly introduces the test model, test conditions, test equipment and other issues. In the third chapter, the experimental results of the model of the cable stayed cable and the cable model with different helix parameters are analyzed. The change of the average amplitude and the equilibrium position of the cable model with the Reynolds number is obtained. In the fourth chapter, the variation law of the mean square root of the model amplitude and the equilibrium position with the Reynolds number is analyzed under the helix parameters. The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
